Eligibility Requirements
- All veterans (including allied foreign Services) and/or their families may apply.
- Be an Australian citizen or have been granted permanent residency status.
- Be capable of living independently for your own safety and the safety of others in the complex.
- Be a resident of the state for which you are applying.
- Not own or partly own any habitable residential property.
- Meet the income and asset means tested eligibility limits.
Please note: Waiting lists are currently active in a number of complexes. Properties are prioritised to residents and applicants based on category and need.
