RAAFVRT provides subsidised long-term social housing for veterans and their families in necessitous circumstances who are at risk of homelessness. You can apply as a single person, couple, or family.

- Proof of residency status
- Proof of income
- Any other documents required for each person applying

Download and complete the application form below. This application lets you tell us about yourself and up to 2 other household members who live with you.
If there are health-related reasons why you need to live in a particular place or type of property, ask your health professional to separately provide relevant details.

Through a Support Agency Assisted
If you are homeless and/or currently receiving support, a support worker may fill in the application on your behalf.
